Slave Zero, the main character in the Accolade game of the same name, makes a cameo appearance in Redline. He's located at the bottom of a canyon on the 8th level. Upon reaching him, your boss will radio you saying along the lines of "I've got a feeling we're going to see a lot more of this guy".

Beyond Games, the makers of Redline, previously released a vehicle combat game called Battle Wheels for the Atari Lynx. Redline is, in a way, the sequel to Battle Wheels since it takes place in the same post-apocalyptic future.
