Adrenaline Vault, The (AVault)
For sheer entertainment value, there is certainly a degree to be found in Rising Sun Gold; however, the complex strategies and mind-bending thought required on some of the harder missions and campaigns precludes the possibility of average players sitting down for short breaks of tactical action. Rising Sun Gold is a product which includes some new content, but ends its run as a repackaging of the original with the only new feature being the addition of the Imperial Strike expansion. Fans of the series who haven’t already bought Imperial Strike will doubtless find the new content worthwhile. Strategy fans who haven’t already found the Campaign series by Talonsoft would be doing themselves a disservice not to check out one of the few remaining purist wargame titles made for the PC.
