Enteractive's Sacred Mirror of Kofun would have been an average FMV-filled adventure game without the bugs - but with the bugs, it's even less. The beautiful diving graphics and abundant oceanographic information don't make up for the lack of gameplay and poor interface.
The Sacred Mirror of Kofun...Nofun. Not quite a rhyming couplet but a couple nonetheless. Superb graphics, especially in 16-bit color, and underwater diving sequences filmed by Jean-Michel Cousteau Productions are the highlights of this multimedia title that touches upon the ecosystem of the Pacific coral reefs and attempts to immerse you in a mystery surrounding a legendary artifact.
