The URLs in the advertisements in Reality 2.0 are actual websites registered by Telltale games, you can visit them through the related links section. The two on the street sign to the right of Bosco's do not work however.

Ones of the lines you can use while talking to Bosco is "Look behind you, a three-headed internet!". That's a reference to the Monkey Island series, where the line "Look behind you, a three-headed monkey!" is often used.
