Description

Savage 2: A Tortured Soul is the sequel to 2003's Savage: The Battle for Newerth, a game which mixes real time strategy and online shooters.

The game's story is still centered around the conflicts between The Legions Of Men and The Hordes Of Beasts. The Legions of Men are led by Jeraziah Grimm and The Hordes Of Beasts by Ophelia, both siblings to King Grimm, both fighting for the throne.

Players choose sides, one player gets to be the commander, who is in control of the battlefield from an RTS look, the others get to be in the middle of action, choosing a character from different classes like builder, scout, fighter etc. During the game, players receive experience points which they can spend on newer abilities, or they can unlock newer classes and buildings.
