Description
This pack includes the original
Shogun: Total War and the
Mongol Invasion expansion pack. Additionally there are new features:
10 new unit types are featured, including the Battlefield Ninja, Naginata Cavalry, Kensai, Mongol Heavy Cavalry, Mongol Light Cavalry, Korean Guardsmen, Korean Skirmishers, Ashigaru Crossbowmen, Thunder Bombers, Korean Spearmen.
There are new starting dates (1530, 1550, etc.) for the Japanese campaign, with different areas of the strategic map controlled.
There are also some new historical campaigns and battles.
It also has a map editor.
The original release does *not* include the promised multiplayer campaign mode (with the strategic map), but it is rumored that a patch will be released to include this feature.
