In games where the only objective is eliminating the enemy leaders, the objective can be solved simply by flooding the enemy's home territory with dozens of untrained ninjas and order them all to attack the enemy daimyo. They'll have about a 10% chance of success... which means if you send ten, at least one will probably succeed.
