Summary

Good yet unsatisfying 3rd game of the series

The Good

The graphics are insanely great, especially the way they got the cars to look. The new buildings look spiffy, and there is plenty to tinker with.

The Bad

The frame rates are terrible, I think this game could crash a world super computer, it's a true memory hog.

The Bottom Line

If you've got the system power for it, this game is a great addition to a classic series, can't wait for 4000.
