Some missions can NOT be completed, no matter what you do. Sometimes the mission generator puts the sims in impossible to reach places, esp. on some transport missions or rescue missions. Either ignore it, or save the game, then use a "safe load" to reset all the missions but keep your chopper and progress by holding down the CTRL key when you load the new mission.
