Summary

A fun, if not totally realistic, helicopter sim.

The Good

You can import your own SimCity 2000 saved games and fly in them. There are also a ton of Easter Eggs in this game, more than in most any other five games put together.

A true simulation, it is not. But who really wants to have to read a 150-page manual, learn 20 keys, and practice for three days before even flying a mission? Not I. The "true-sim" freaks can keep Longbow, etc ... I'll take SimCopter.

The Bad

They never put full 3D support into the game ... it looks very nice without it, but I can't imagine what it would be like WITH it.

The Bottom Line

A fine addition to the Maxis Sim Series.
