Springy
Description
Springy is a single player 3D puzzle game. The player controls a spring that is very much like the 'Slinky' or 'Lazy Spring' toy that has been sold as a toy since the mid 1940's. The object of the game is to guide the spring as it walks down a series of boxes until it arrives at a destination block. All blocks that Springy encounter have an arrow on them and that is the direction that the spring will take when it exits the current block. Red blocks can be rotated by the player to change the direction of Springy. In addition to the movable red blocks there are other specialised blocks such as blocks which change the effect of gravity and exploding blocks.
Included in the game is a level designer so that the player can build, test and play their own levels. The game uses the arrow keys to change the players point of view and the mouse to rotate blocks.
