The game is a mix of platform and adventure. Super Cow moves laterally across the screen in platform fashion with the cursors and spacebar used to control him. The graphics and animations are superb and enhanced by the fact that every so often, cartoon style graphics are used to display the characters in dialogue with Super Cow. These are very often accompanies by real actors voices which give the game an extra touch of class. Highly original and enjoyable, this is one for eco-activists everywhere.

Unfortunately the game isn't all sugar, spice and everything nice. This one here has its "bugs" too. We do not have a difficulty adjustment. Also, Supercow does not have a variety of attack moves, beside those jumping on enemies' heads, and the game also lacks the in-game help. But in the end it's a game that's worth the time or at least a try... or more! Enjoy the graphics and the fun game-play!

In the end, though not the most original or challenging platform game to hit the cow path, this bovine side-scroller is still udderly enjoyable. Supercow's a great "just-one-more-level" favorite the whole family can enjoy.

SuperCow est un jeu frais et amusant. À tester et à réserver aux plus jeunes.

My only real objection about Supercow has to do with the use of 3D characters against 2D backdrops. Stylistically, they don't look good together, as the game's characters seem out of place in the gorgeous, sprite-filled world through which they travel. But young players won't mind, and they seem to be the ones for whom this game was made. So download Supercow and milk all the fun out of it you can before turning it over to your youngsters.

Most people probably won’t enjoy Supercow, but younger kids might enjoy the adventure, as it’s really easy to complete most levels, and thanks to objective markers and hands pointing the way to the next destination, kids should easily grasp the gameplay. If Supercow can be a game that introduces new players to the world of videogames and platformers, great, but for those looking for the next big platformer or just a good game, you’ll have to look elsewhere, because super this cow is not.
