System Shock 2

Hi all of you game lovers. I just get this game last weekend, and....damn! It's so freaking good this game, maybe is not the new black of visuals nor gameplay, but the production is amazing! The sounds, the coherence of the history, the coherence of the situations. All fits in its perfect place. I've read that it takes some Alien parts, also some 'other-game' parts, but what I found its the perfect mix of these parts.

Action, Adventure, Thriller, etc.

And for god sake! The Sound!!

God! I'm excited! Ol' games, real games.

Yes, System Shock 2 is indeed one of the greatest videogames I know. And, as I always recommend, you should play it with friends in coop mode. Install some voice software (I used Roger Wilco) and meet 2 or 3 friends to play it with them, it's a really enjoyable experience.

If you want something similar, but more modern, try Bioshock. It's from the same people, and there are plenty of elements in common (like audiologs, the security bots and some other things). Only thing is that you need a very good computer, no more than two years old, probably.

Just can't get enough of Bioshock, eh?

That remains me of a friend I have that went disguised as Doom marine last carnival, if I find it, I'll upload it. Maybe we should a section of that: "games", "news", "contributors", "people disguised as videogame characters". Just a question, is it you that guy?

The left looks likes one of my former neighbours. The right isn't my type... since the facial features more than often look like the average Indonesian hooker. Still not drooling yet. I'll let you know when I have trouble closing my jaw... :)
