Description

Design your own holiday resort by building rides, hotels, bars, swimming pools and much more. Much like other "tycoon" style games, this see's you trying to keep the little people happy and help them with their needs.

The game has two modes; scenarios and sandbox. Scenarios see you trying to accomplish certain tasks, such as getting fifty people drunk within two days. Sandbox lets you play the game with no missions, and no time limit.

Alternate Titles

  • "海滨嘉年华" -- Chinese title (simplified)
  • "Beach Life" -- European title

Trivia

Publisher Eidos also released a soundtrack for Beach Life with very, very cool Cafe del Mar-like music. Unfortunately it's mastered very poorly, so you can sometimes hear clipping.
