DescriptionWater Closet: The Forbidden Chamber is a hentai game which is focused on fetishes concerning the human digestive system.
After watching the intro sequence, which basically consists of pictures of toilets and the Japanese spelling for Water Closet, the player can choose between five different characters all with bathroom-related problems. There is Ikumi who can't control her bladder when she gets nervous; Julyne, the nurse of a an urologist's office; Reika, the top model who suffers from constipation; Shoko, whose husband owns the Will Century Building; and Setsuko, who just has the nickname "Toilet".
All stories play in the above mentioned Will Century Building, mainly in the building's bathrooms. During each story the character meets the other playable characters and a mysterious man named W.C. Nicholson, a Western toilet researcher who is obsessed with toilets and their history. Nicholson has his own way of dealing with the characters' problems.
Gameplay is similar to other visual novels: the player clicks through text and can make decisions from time to time which result in different endings. In order to unlock all available scenes and graphics for each character the player has to play each story multiple times because some choices in the story of Character A appear only after having played through the story of Character D and so on.
The English version of Water Closet features English text with the original Japanese voices. While the voice output is censored, the explicit sexual graphics are uncensored.
