DescriptionA short while after the end of the American Civil War and the assassination of Abraham Lincoln, President Ulysses S. Grant receives death threats from someone who claims to be the true murderer of the former president. Grant sends his two best agents, Jim West and Artemus Gordon, to investigate the mystery and prevent the unknown killer from repeating the bloody act.
Wild Wild West: The Steel Assassin is based on the TV series of the same name. The game puts the player into the roles of West and Gordon, alternating between them in different chapters. Gameplay style changes accordingly: Gordon's segments are puzzle-solving adventure that relies on inventory items and logic puzzles, while West's portions contain action shooter sequences. The player can choose the order of the chapters before the final one, where it is necessary to frequently alternate between the two to complete the game.
