Description
A young man's life is changed after his fateful encounter with a woman. Yun Tianhe is an 18 year old boy who lives in the mountains by himself. One day, a girl named Han Lingsha appears in front of him, and brings him to his parents' grave. After realizing his parents' mysterious past, Yun Tianhe decides to leave his home to embark on an adventure with Han Lingsha.
On their journey, Yun and Han meet a Kunlun Clan disciple called Murong Ziying and a beautiful girl named Liu Mengli. All together, their story finally begins...
Xianjian Qixia Zhuan 4 is a traditional Eastern RPG, which requires the use of a mouse. A keyboard is also necessary for shortcut options. The basic gameplay system is very similar to the one used in the
third game, displaying a bar showing the turns of the participants in the turn-based battles, and learning magic of five different elemental disciplines. Some of the gameplay aspects have been simplified (for example, magic no longer has levels and casting time). Character-related puzzles have been replaced by field abilities which deplete the "qi" energy of a character - for example, Yun Tianhe can set traps in front of approaching monsters.
