All Game Guide
In You Don't Know Jack, Volume 2 you get the same quick game play and the wonderfully designed, wholly pertinent presentation. The interface is incredibly easy to use and you'll still "buzz in" on competitive questions when playing opponents. The structure of the game is built around the amazingly smooth integration of the game host's relevant and savvy conversation and the background players who keep the transitions between questions and games running like the well oiled machine it is. That along with the uniqueness of the trivia questions that reflect some of the best writing known to computer gaming keeps this title at the top of its genre. The singing, chanting and "off-camera" remarks keep the game lively and fresh. You Don't Know Jack, Volume 2" creates an atmosphere of pure fun and if you like trivia presented in a unique and rewarding way, give into that Jack Attack and join the fracas.

The You Don't Know Jack series makes the ultimate party game. It's incredibly friendly to the non-computer-literate members of your environment. Your spouse may actually bug you to play it. It's a heck of a lot of fun. As is so often the case when something has no real competition, its only competition is itself -- or in this case, its predecessor. That's what makes it hard to review YDKJ2. As a stand-alone title, I gave the original YDKJ a perfect score, and in the same context, YDKJ2 gets a 90. That score would be different if I put the new up against the old. YDKJ2 definitely sits in the shadow of its older brother.

If you're into computer trivia games, you're probably already familiar with Berkeley Systems' amazingly popular You Don't Know Jack title. With its irreverent humor, entertaining questions that tested players' knowledge of both random trivia and pop culture, and simple party-style play controls, You Don't Know Jack achieved not only critical success, but also a great deal of commercial success as well. Enter the sequel. You Don't Know Jack Volume 2 brings back everything that was exciting and fun about the original, and throws in a host of new questions, along with plenty more jokes and music, without ever threatening the title's fantastic balance or playability.

Die abgedrehte Quizshow ist der Partygag schlechthin. Jack 2 begeistert sogar Computerscheue.

Wenn Sie schon den ersten Jack kennen, führt für Sie kein Weg an You don't know Jack 2 vorbei. Was?
