You Don't Know Jack: Volume 4 - The Ride
Description official description
You Don't Know Jack: Volume 4 - The Ride is the fourth main installment in the series of humorously inclined quiz games. Several changes has been made to the game's structure and themes, compared to the previous entries. The game follows an episode-based format: "The Ride" refers to an elevator that transports the player character to rooms, each dedicated to a different theme. The choice of room for the player to tackle depends on his/her answers to the game's initial questions.
The rest of the gameplay revolves, as in the previous installments, around answering trivia questions and gaining money by doing so. The game has a higher degree of randomization regarding the prizes offered for correct answers. There is also a new type of question, called "Roadkill", which requires the player to find a word that connects two other phrases.

The Good
The original YDKJ games were very fun. However after playing most of them, this one is definitely the best. It combines the best variety of questions, jokes, and knowledge of answers into a very fun package. My favorite part of the game is the way it tracks previous answers you made. Halfway into the game, the host will make fun of you based on answers you chose during the beginning. It's a great kick to get the dialogue personalized to your gameplay.
The Bad
Games like this often teeter on the edge of being too sarcastic for their own good. On occasion, the host does get this way, but most of the time he's alright.
The Bottom Line
Best YDKJ ever.

Trivia
Commercials
The game was packaged on two CDs: the first was used solely for installing the game, while the second contained all the game data. Also on the first CD was a selection of the joke commercials used in the credits of the games. If you wait around 6 minutes into track 42 of that CD, you'll hear an extra little ditty...
