Description
Wings over Europe: Cold War Gone Hot is a flight sim set during the Cold War, and the sequel to
Wings over Vietnam. After the USSR attacks NATO forces in West-Germany, the Cold War turns hot, and the player finds himself in a plane over Germany.
Player flyable aircraft include the F-100 Super Sabre, F-105 Thunderchief, F-4 Phantom II, F-15A Eagle, A-10 Thunderbolt II, British Hunter, and the VTOL Harrier, with which the player can encounter the heavy SAM network and Red Air Force of the day flying the MiG 17, 19 and 23.
