One of Marvel's most popular characters, Wolverine has long deserved his own game. Wolverine: Adamantium Rage is a well-crafted wonder that reaches the expectations of his superstar status. It's serious superhero fun!

Initially, I didn't like this game - but the more I played, the more addicted I got. The comic book storyline gives it a great feel. If you liked X-Men, you're gonna love this one!!!

Wolverine: Adamantium Rage is a hard game, so it's a challenge. Mutant fans all over will want to give Wolvie a whirl, just be prepared for a tough fight.

Everyone's favorite X-Man fares pretty well on the Super NES. Wolverine has plenty of moves and lots of technique, and fans of the comic character will definitely want to check this one out. But in the end, it's routine action.

For those of you looking for a challenge, here it is. This is one tough game that would give the real Wolverine a tough time. The enemies fight with superior AI and the levels are very big and complex. Graphically, it looks really good and Wolverine has some good moves. However, the control can be a bit of a problem at times. I would recommend this to Wolverine fans, but others might get frustrated with it.

The number of levels in this game is pretty hard to determine; most players won't be able to clear the first level. Is the game hard to beat or just hard to play? Both. When the highlights of a game are it's mediocre graphics and sounds, that should trigger an immediate red flag. You need this game like you need a adamantium claw in the head.
