Wonder Boy

Technically speaking, it's not a port of Wonder Boy but a port of Adventure Island (its original name is Takahashi-meijin no Bōkenjima, although the screenshots seem to suggest that it's a Korean version).

I don't know what to do with the MSX entry because the Wonder Boy / Adventure Island snafu is quite a mess and MobyGames is a bit confusing on this, so it's up to you to decide. But something needs to be done.
