Description

World Riddles: Animals is a picture crossword puzzle game similar to Picross and other titles, where the player has to reveal a pattern on a grid by following a series of number clues. The grid of varying size has a sequence of numbers for each line and column, indicating how many cells have to be filled to complete the pattern. The number sequence also shows the arrangement of the marked squares. For example, a line with a "1 3 1" hint has two isolated cells and three connected ones.

The player has to select the correct squares by following the clues and making logical deductions about their positioning. Mini-games appear between levels with several activities, like picture puzzles, trivia questions, a spot-the-differences game with two similar images and other challenges.
