This wrestling game is pure gold! It gets 5 out of 5 from me. I really hate clowns! So there's no greater pleasure for me than to beat up DOINK! Not much to say about this game really – except that it is awesome! The sound could be a little bit improved – especially the marching in music of the wrestlers – but besides from that…

WWF Arcade is a great wrestling game, a great fighting game and a great as-fun-to-watch-as-it-is-to-play game. Get ready to rumble with the best Playstation fighting game so far.

Looking for a game that reaches out and grabs you by the short 'n' curlys? Well, here it is. The weirdness of the WWF combined with the best elements found in today's fighters makes for one hostile good time! Not only are the graphics 100% arcade quality, but beside the loading, so is everything else. The PS is capable of prefect arcade translation, that's a fact. WWFW is a gas!

Genesis wrestling buffs will want a firm hold on WWF Wrestlemania, which clearly outshines earlier wrestling titles like WWF Raw. This cart should even appeal to fighting pros looking for a fast, furious - and somewhat shallow - fun.

SEGA 32XGamePro
This is a better game than WWF Raw and one of the best 32X games since Doom. Anyone who owns a 32X should definitely climb into this ring for a whole ton of fun!

Who would have though that the WWF license would still be producing great games in '95? Some would say the WWF's glory days have long since come and gone, but if this disc is anything to judge by, it still has a lot of life left in it.

While still trying to find the coin slot on the Playstation, WWFW is one exciting game. All of the moves and combos are here and easier to initiate. As far as sounds go, this rocks your woofers and has off-the-wall commentary and crowd reaction. WWFW is a complete wrestling game with all of the fixings.

Big characters, lots of moves, and nice control. Two-dimensional feel, and no new characters to face in tournament mode. Plenty of mat-slamming fun for the whole family.

Take the brilliant programmers of NBA Jam, give them a crack at the unusual genre of wrestling video games and what you get is the best wrasslin' sim ever made. Turmell and Co. applied intuitive gameplay and digitized characters with over-the-top action. Of course, since pro wrestling is already over the top, Wrestlemania has a seemingly endless number of outlandish special moves.

GenesisVideo Games & Computer Entertainment
The Genesis version of Wrestlemania, which was developed almost simultaneously with the coin-op original, is about as good a conversion as we could expect, thanks to the programming aces at Sculptured Software. The super-smooth animation, the goofy moves and the addictive gameplay had been nicely preserved. The graphics have lost a lot of color being squeezed into the Genesis, but looks fine otherwise. An excellent port of a great coin-op.

I personally don't play a lot of wrestling games; in fact the two on the Sega 32X are the only ones I own. Regardless of my distaste for the genre I have to admit that this game is functional and decent multiplayer action. If you want to get some old school WWF arcade action this is probably not a terrible place to get it, it's solid. Though, I should tell you that it's also on the Genesis, so you could probably get it there for a penny. Not only is this a great port of a fun (albeit silly) arcade game, but it's also a piece of nostalgia for anybody that remembers like "Doink" and "Bam Bam." Even if you're not a fan of traditional wrestling games, Wrestlemania might be worth checking out.

PlayStationIGN
WWF Wrestlemania captures that brand of childish fun and makes it work. This is because they've taken real wrestlers, and added that element of fantasy that makes professional wrestling so fun. Except now they really can milk those goofy characters for all they're worth. Real moves exist right alongside magical, character specific ones, and make for great gameplay. If you're a fan of wrestling, or just love wacky fighters, then definitely check this one out.

SEGA 32XDigital Press - Classic Video Games
The game is still good, no questions there. It's an absolute blast to play, especially for those who aren't big fans of pro wrestling. However, as a game reviewer, you have to knock points off because it doesn't take advantage of the console you're playing it on. There is no reason to play this game over any other version, an inexcusable flaw. Pick up the PS One or Saturn version instead.

SEGA 32XThe Video Game Critic
The character sprites are large and well defined. For some reason however, when you land a solid hit it looks like ice cubes are flying out of your opponent. Is that supposed to be sweat, spit, or ice? Anyway, the Mortal Kombat-inspired controls are simple to grasp and responsive. Although most moves are realistic in nature, some of the more over-the-top maneuvers are embellished by crazy animations to make them look even more spectacular. Voice samples comment on the action in progress, but they sound pretty rough. This game was a pleasant surprise, especially compared to the laborious WWF Raw. Wrestlemania is a fighting game just about any gamer can enjoy.

SEGA 32XIGN
WWF Wrestlemania is a breezy, brainless brawler that will disappoint any wrestling fan looking for a hardcore experience. This is a button-mashing game with over-the-top moves. The dated line-up is a fun time capsule for longtime fans. As a testament to the 32X, though, it comes up way short thanks to Genesis-quality visuals and audio.

SNESGamePro
WWF Arcade has more going for it than this poor game. Buy the Genesis or 32X (or even the Playstation) versions, but sweep this one under the mat.

Den enda fördelen jag kan se är att man låter Sveriges "värstingar" spela det. efter ett par timmar kommer de att vara så trötta på det att de aldrig vill slåss mer.
