The Good
Halo is a game that each and every X-Box gamer should own. Microsoft chose to launch the X-Box with Halo, and for all those who have played Halo will understand why. For an example for how much detail the designers have gone to, look at the grass, each individual blade it there, amazing. Anywho Halo like other action games before it sucks you in, it gets a hold of you and never lets go, as soon as you've figured out whats what, you're hooked, and you ain't gonna cure this addiction. Each level has its own challenges (obviously) and they gradually become harder and introduce you to new weapons, enemies and allies and their hardware. Playing Halo is such an experience i can't really put it properly into words. There are times when i was genuinly scared, terrified. The suspense that is built up in some levels in amazing, and the hight you can get off your chair when your unprepared for something is unbelievable. The feeling you get when you complete certain aspects is brilliant, however when its all over your left crying out for more. But with the imminant release of Halo 2, and the extensive MPlayer options, you'll have plenty to do, doing the game as a co-op with a mate is a great laugh, and will help overcome levels which your find particarly hard, but nothing beats the feeling of God like supierority after you complete Halo on Legendary, the hardest level setting. So if you haven't brought Halo yet run now and get it, bow your head in shame and RUN.
The Bad
i didn't like being terrified by a computer game and i didn't like getting lost, its a big game, it happens
