In my mind, this is really the complete racing package. There wasn't one moment during my time with this game that I wasn't engaged and having fun. Ultimately, that's the mark of a great title in any genre.

With a hefty online package kicking replay into high gear, Midnight Club 3 delivers on every front in a big, big way.

Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition from Rockstar is the best street tunin' car racing game for X-Box. It's so much fun cruisin' around the whole city without any pressure of takin' on a race. Absolutely freedom is one of the keys to success for the MC series. Speed while racing is amazing and the blurry effects while going into nitro is lovely done. Thanks to the involvement of the most trendy tune magazine, Dub Magazine, Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition takes tunin' higher and deeper. The game features a long career mode with full of extras, arcade mode with plenty of other races and a fine online feature. Graphics are sweet so is the music and effects. Bottom line is that if you want the latest and the most in-depth tune street racer game, "Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition" should be yours!

Midnight Club 3 is one the best arcade style racers available for the Xbox. Borrowing ideas for its competitors, Rockstar and DUB have really upped the aunty on street racing gaming. Every race fan should check out this one!

Overall, this game is just easily rated as awesome. It has the style, and the gameplay of a true great racing game. If you stand Need for Speed: Underground 2 up to this game, I would say this game offers more of what you would want from an arcade racer. Not everybody will feel the same, but this is just what I feel. In any case, you can't go wrong with this game. Also nice to know that both PS2 and Xbox versions can be played online. Buy or rent? I'd say if you are a fan of racing games or just like to play one here and there, I'd still buy this game. It's worth the money.

Gamers looking for realistic late-night racing action will certainly appreciate Midnight Club 3. It offers a lot of game for your money, and plays as good as it looks.

Pas aussi révolutionnaire que sa campagne publicitaire le laissait entendre, MC 3 possède tout de même un potentiel indéniable, qui passe par un fun immédiat et l'adjonction de modes arcades assez sympathiques. Toutefois, on ne peut mettre de côté les lacunes graphiques et l'absence de réelles innovations, qui empêchent le soft de Rockstar de briguer les hautes sphères vidéoludiques. Il reste que MC 3 s'impose comme une alternative crédible à NFSU, et surtout un bien meilleur concurrent que SRS ou encore le piteux RPM Tuning. Et une belle jante pour la 12 !

Overall DUB is fun, even if it does exist solely to suck up our hard-earned coinage. It's entertaining, impressively fast, mildly challenging and rather painless to pick up. It does well as a racing game, but exceeds nowhere else. Maybe next time Rockstar will spend less money on licensing and a bit more on development. Until then, the definitive title for the console racing king is still up for grabs.
