Description3D Ultra Mini Golf Adventures
is a mini golf variant with cartoon graphics and pretty wacky courses. 36 courses in various environments - space, carnival, wild west and others - are offered and can be played on with 4 different characters.
The game has little to do with "real world" mini golf. To make the game more interesting, players can use power-ups like oil slick (where opponents slip on and lose their turn) or fire that burns the opponents.
The game is presented in colorful high-definition 3D graphics. Up to 4 players can compete on- and offline; the controls are more or less the same as in every golf game (press a button to swing, press again to shoot). Also included is a course editor; self-made courses can be played over Xbox Live.

The Press Says

This game is most likely related to the abandoned PC game Minigolf Maniacs
by Dynamix (a former Sierra On-Line company). It got the axe in 2001 - at about 80% completion - when the new owner of Sierra shut down Dynamix. There are several similarities to the PC version, including the graphics and the course editor.
A fan-made resurrection of the PC version exists and can be downloaded for free at http://minigolfmaniacs.sourceforge.net/
On the company logo screen, 5 "suicide bombers" run from left to right. These guys were first introduced in Wanako's other XBLA game, Assault Heroes.
