Description
Ace Gals Tennis is a simple tennis game comparable to
Wii Sports Tennis. The player controls their avatar, who will automatically run towards the ball, but must correctly time the swing of the racket in order to hit the ball. When hitting or serving, the player can also control the general direction of the ball. Poor timing will result in a low-power hit that may go out-of-bounds, while flawless timing will result in "amazing" shots that will go where they're supposed to with good power. Amazing shots can be chained together, allowing for more powerful shots.
The player's stats are dictated by the "trainer" they choose. There are six trainers to choose (with two more unlockable), each with different stats, and all of them attractive young women. The game offers several difficulty modes and court types, and there are both exhibition and tournament matches available. There are also a number of "trophies" that are unlocked when certain in-game criteria are met, much like the achievements found in other games.
