Description
The official licensed game of the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics, it features 35 different events to compete in such as kayaking, the javelin throw, gymnastic events, track and field, judo, cycling as well as aquatic events.
There are 10 authentic stadiums to compete in and a new gameplay mechanic that consists of timed button hitting to set up power and angles as well as a targeting system. Pulling off these moves accurately increases the chances for players to pull off moves more successfully.
Three players can compete at once in multi-events or takes turns in singles. There is also the ability to compete online against players worldwide playing for their host nations.

The Polish anthem in the game is completely wrong: a different song is used in its place instead. This has caused some minor controversy in Poland.
