SummaryRevenge is best served cold
The GoodAh, the Burnout series. It brings you back to the realm of classic 1990's arcade racers such as Gran Tourismo and Ridge Racer. But in no other game can you combine the arcade style racing with absolute carnage like Burnout Revenge. When I first got my hands on Revenge back in 2005, I thought that it would be just another stereotypical safe racer. Boy, was I wrong! Just like its predecessor, Burnout 3, Revenge is focused on absolute destruction at every turn. The generic race modes are awesome, the traffic attack mode is absolutely impressive, I mean, what more can I say? I absolutely love this game!
The BadHowever, Revenge is not without its downsides. The lack of a story mode is somewhat of a bummer, the levels can get a bit repetitive, and the AI increases in difficulty through every rank.
