The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (Game of the Year Edition)

This contains the expansion packs, but what about the smaller downloads like the Wizard's Tower and horse armor?

According to the press release it does.

Where are you seeing that? I read it a couple times and wasn't finding a mention.

Oh, right. I read downloadable content and decided that it includes everything Knights Of The Nine retail package had.

To redeem myself I've done additional research. There is no additional downloadable content included, except for Knights and Isles. So no Horse Armor and other stuff.
