Mass Effect

Hello. In Mass Effect you have to create the face of your character ex nihilo. And since I got very bored and lonely, I started to play around with the character creation thingy. And I want to share my creations with you.

But first, my First Shepard.

First Shepard



I was hoping to do a sort of mixed racial look with her. Anyway, she's kinda mean. She killed Wrex... well not yet, but I think she is going to kill Wrex. And she'll probably sacrifice Kaidan for refusing to be a part of awesome threesome.



Anyway, here she is... pointing guns at people. Being all Commander Shepard and stuff.



Again.



And a close-up. So that was my First Shepard, my first creation.

Here's my second Shepard.

Second Shepard



I think she's Inuit. She kinda reminds me one canadian inuit rock singer. Not much inuit protagonists in sci-fi.

And now's the time for my third Shepard.

Third Shepard



She's the suffering Shepard. She manages to give out that sense of dignified sadness in every shot I take of her. You know... that silent sorrow that just makes you wanna hug her and... yeah, I'm lonely.

So there you have it. Hope you enjoyed my Shepard's as much as I did.

I like the third because she looks quite similar to my Shepard. Too bad, I can't take screenshots from my Xbox 360. Maybe I'll try the camera and post some pictures later.

Eh, I think I like the third one too the best. But I'm kinda proud about the second one too.

That said, here's my latest. Thought I'd go for the red hair and green eyes route.



But, I just don't like her for some reason.



I don't think she's that bad.



But I'm just not happy with what I've created this time.

Check the screenshots section. Mass Effect has this film grain effect integrated in. You can turn it off... but you really don't want to. There are also some lighting and dynamic shadows issues. Besides, my screenshots are as good as it gets.

Looks like series of plastic surgeries gone wrong. If you continue like that I predict this: Shepard #5: Donatella Versace, Shepard #6: Jocelyn Wildenstein.

I think the editor simply doesn't like it if you try turning Shepard into anything but a pale, short-haired guy.

Jesus Christ on a hoverbike! What do they use in that planet for facial makeup? Saran wrap? =(

I said it before and I guess I'll be saying it until I'm dead: I fucking HATE these retardedly overdone engines.

Well, actually you can choose the makeup. I just went for the heavy makeup... because without it....











... they look extra plastic. These Shepard's are not mine, but google's.
