The graphics no longer impress - although they remain amazingly fast and smooth - and the lack of a map makes some of the later levels a real bitch to play through, but Wolfenstein's gameplay remains a thing of greatness, even if it is a little simplistic.

While this all may sound like a bad thing, this is still one of those timeless classics you can enjoy over and over again. It’s just a very simple shooter that takes you back, if you played it back in the day that is. So is Wolfenstien worth the 400 point price tag? Very much so, despite its real lack of add-on content this is still a classic title that will live on for ages.
