Zoo Tycoon Complete Collection

I have original Zoo Tycoon installed on Windows XP SP3 and it runs fine. When I install Dinosaur Digs Expansion Pack. I get a error writing to "c:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Zoo Tycoon\xpack\animals5.ztd" if ignored I receive the same error on animals6.ztd. Once setup is complete and you run Zoo/Dino Tycoon none of the Dinos are available. I have uninstalled all apps and remove directories.I have run in safe mode. No change.
