The game's first menu screen is where the player selects the battle arena

The game starts by enumerating the strength of the opposition. Note time is also limited in this game

The Andromeda, the players ship, has dropped out of ward into a system with three enemy ships and a starbase

Straight away the ship takes damage.

This is the damage report. This ship is going nowhere and is a sitting duck with no shields

With scanners damaged there will soon be no view of the enemy ships

How handy is that, they destroyed one of their own. Now its my turn. There was a ship immediately to the right of the Andromeda. lets see if its still there.

rats! The ships gone and a star's been destroyed instead. Impressive but not much use I'm afraid

This does not look good. The screen flashed through several psychedelic colour combinations
