So, I wanted to give everyone an update on the outages we had yesterday. As some of you might have noticed, we had about 1 hour of downtime yersterday (30 minutes in the moring and 30 minutes in the night). One of the hard drives on our database machine failed Monday morning. The morning downtime was to get the database back up and running, and the nightime downtime was to install a new drive. Everything is back up and running now -- without any lost data. Kudos to Jim for being on the ball and getting everything back up and running like it should be.
