Joshua Slone points out that Nintendo publishes a list of all officially licensed NES, SNES, GB, VB, N64, and GBC games. You can find the PDF document here. For all but a few it lists the year and month of release, as well as the publisher. Total, that's on the order of 2500 games listed, in a 173 kilobyte file. Pretty handy to have around.
