We recently rolled out a new version of
MobyGames which allows users to add entries to the database. You must be
logged in to add a game; the option will appear under the "User Actions"
section on the left side.
Other changes include a list of recent reviews (again, left side). Also,
games must have at least two votes to be listed in the Top 10 & Bottom 10.
Kudos to Brian for rolling these out so quickly. The ability for users
to add new games to the database is only the beginning.
We've been working feverishly on
adding the most truly useful capability to MobyGames: The ability
for anyone to add entries to the database. Want to contribute to a
game, only to find that the game's entry isn't there? Add it!
As incentive to add games, you'll also be able to use MobyGames to
document and manage your own collection of software, as well as your
"want" list. Power to the people!
