Sony delivers floppy disk's last "writes"

A site like MobyGames enshrines so many images of cassettes, cartridges, and floppy disks (3.5/5.25). One might feel a little melancholy about the news of yet another magnetic storage medium coming to an end. The bright side is the importance of a site like MobyGames that allows one with a click of a mouse to see, read, and experience all of them again and insures they will never fade away!

Lately, a lot of new screen shots and high-class box and media scans for ages-old home computer games saw the light of a MobyGames homepage release. And many of those had a cryptic user name beside it:

me3D31337

Browsing through the list of games added by this silent US-American contributor raises another eyebrow: who of us can say he/she added games dating back to 1978? Now all this valuable work paid off and me3D31337 broke into the Top50 which also means him being the latest member of the 10K points club.

Congratulations, Steve, and keep them coming!
