About myself:	I am one of the co-authors (along with James Rhodes & Sean Hill) of Macintosh GATO. Currently I am the Director, UI Engineering at Netflix. Previously I was the Yahoo! Ajax Evangelist focused on spreading the best in design & engineering practices for rich web experiences. I was also the engineering lead for Yahoo! for Teachers (teachers.yahoo.com, developer.yahoo.com/ypatterns) Before that I co-authored OpenRico (openrico.org) one of the first Ajax/Javascript frameworks.
