The Witcher: Enhanced Edition -- Superb story as far as video games go; seems like an A minus to A right now.

Fallout 3 -- May play again with harder combat. I'd give this an A minus.
F.E.A.R.: First Encounter Assault Recon - The Complete Trilogy (Platinum Collection) -- B plus
Gothic 3 -- B plus; started this a second time; this time I'm going to side with evil
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl -- A minus; I've played this four times all the way through.

Arcanum: Of Steamworks & Magick Obscura -- During a two week period when my graphic card went out some and could only handle 2D games
Deus Ex: Invisible War -- Going to play this a second time to check out different ending (there are three)
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (Game of the Year Edition)
Far Cry
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas -- Took a long break from this one (hate flying the planes)
Planescape: Torment -- Debating on whether to give this game another try; hate the combat system and it's 2D
Prey
Return to Castle Wolfenstein (Game of the Year) -- Took a break from this game; not entirely sure why.
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II - The Sith Lords -- Actually going to play this a second time as an evil dude
