|About myself:||Craig Derrick is an award-winning Executive Producer with over 18 years of game production experience developing and directing original and licensed properties on console, mobile, PC and handheld platforms.|
He most recently developed the hit mobile game Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff and previously supported the development of the next-generation, action-adventure game Star Wars 1313, lead the production of the family-friendly Kinect Star Wars and directed the award-winning, re-imagined Monkey Island: Special Edition series. Prior to LucasArts, he produced a series of successful titles for Vicarious Visions and began his career at Parallax Software as the producer on the critically acclaimed Descent series.
Beyond his day-to-day work, Craig is an active contributor to the game development and academic communities. He's on the advisory board for Full Sail University, the International Academy of Design & Technology in Tampa and founded the Albany, New York chapter of the International Game Developers Association. He’s written for Game Developer magazine, spoken at the Game Developers Conference and San Diego Comic-Con, and has been interviewed by Entertainment Weekly, USA Today, and other online & print news sites.
