Future Wars: Adventures in Time -- Clunky interface but good for its day.
Grand Theft Auto III -- Still bitchin'.
Legacy of Kain: Defiance -- Best plot and worst control scheme ever
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask -- Fun follow-up to Ocarina, a classic in it's own right.
Secret of Mana -- This game is amazing.
