Pornography. General characterization: are considered pornographic the spectacles which present, cumulatively: a) exploration of situations aiming ultimately to excite the spectator; b) low aesthetic quality. Specific characterization: will be classified in the first group (hard-core) spectacles which present an ostensible and insistent description of real performed sexual acts with the exhibition of genital organs; will be classified in the second group (soft-core) spectacles which present an ostensible and insistent description of simulated sexual acts.
