VSS, Inc., short for Video Software Specialists, was a software development company started by programmer Ed Salvo and three other ex-Apollo employees, all of whom left Apollo shortly before that company folded. The company was based in Dallas, Texas.
VSS had a loose affiliation with Sunrise Software, Inc. and also developed games for CBS Electronics, K-Tel (Xonox), and Wizard Video Games.
