The company switched to internet tools development and was using the name Virtek International Corporation when its "Zeus" plug-in for Netscape and Internet Explorer was announced in September 1997. The President of Virtek in 1998 was Phil Allsopp.
There is a connection between Virtek and General Simulations Incorporated (aka GSI Limited), but the specifics are unknown.
