Ping0, LLC was a joint venture between Flagship Studios and HanbitSoft. It was created to manage the online services for Hellgate: London but it would also handle the online components and digital distribution of all future Flagship titles. The company only handled a single title eventually, as it was closed down along with Flagship on 12th July 2008.
