CBE software is an independent video game development studio which was transformed in 2011 from the original two-man operation called Cardboard Box Entertainment. It is based in Brno, Czech Republic. The studio debuted with the paranormal comedy game Ghost in the Sheet in 2007.
In 2012 CBE software released the sci-fi narrative video game J.U.L.I.A., its spin-off prequel J.U.L.I.A. Untold for iOS and Vampires! (PC, Mac).
After a successful crowd funding campaign, CBE software launched J.U.L.I.A.: Among the Stars in 2014.
