Kronos Digital Entertainment was a North American game developer based in Pasadena, California. The company was founded by Stanley Liu in 1992 as an animation and CG effect house. During their early days they collaborated with Sierra, creating the animated intro for King's Quest VI and art assets for Phantasmagoria.
Their first independent game was Criticom (1995), followed by a few other versus fighting games. The company is best known for their Fear Effect games. Their last game was Fear Effect 2: Retro Helix (2001). Unable to find a publisher for Feat Effect 3: Inferno, the company disbanded in 2002.
