The company was acquired by I-Play in June 2005. When Oberon Media announced to acquire I-Play in May 2007, Ditto Studios also became under new ownership. It is however not clear if Ditto Studios continued to exist after the 2005 acquisition or if it was integrated into the I-Play team.
